These challenges include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, grief, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and ADHD. We often use CBT & Narrative therapy to explore how experiences impact your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We will assist you in recognizing the patterns, and together, we can create a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
